Get Pre-Approved
Before we start shopping for your new home we want to make sure you know what you can afford and that you are comfortable with the monthly payments. We do not want you to experience falling in love with something you can't have. To prevent this and for sellers to take you serious, a pre-approval letter is required with ALL offers.

Buyer Intake Form
Now it's time to complete your intake form so we can best serve you during your home search. Click here to fill out the form. We will set up a personalized portal for you once we receive the form and your pre-approval letter.
Let's Go Shopping
Now the fun begins! Once we have your pre-approval letter we will start shopping for your new home. Please take the time to watch our video going over the contract and the process of buying a home prior to shopping. This will ensure that you understand what you are signing once we find The ONE. Usually we need to get our offer in ASAP if we find a good deal. We don't want you to miss out on your favorite home.
Offer Accepted/Under Contract
Once your offer is accepted we are officially under contract, yay! A lot happens fast in the first few days but don't worry our team will be with you every step of the way during this process. We can't wait to get you to the closing table!
