Follow the steps below if you are ready to start the process
Schedule a Listing Appointment
The first step to getting your property ready to list is to schedule an appointment with us. During the appointment we would love for you to show us around your home so we can see through your eyes and walk it like a buyer would. We will go over our marketing plan with you and answer any questions you might have.
Prep Your Home
Now that we have visited your home and you've signed the listing agreement, it is time to prep your home for pictures and showings! Be sure to refer to our Prep Your Home Guide for tips on how to get ready for picture day. Can't find your guide? Don't worry, fill out the form below to receive another copy.
Schedule Pictures
It's time for the photography to come and create some magic! Please make sure everything is nice and tidy for picture day. Open up all of the blinds and turn on all of the lights. Photography usually takes about 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the property and what all is being done.
It's Go Time!
It is now time to go live! Once the lockbox is up and our sign is in the yard we are ready to welcome potential buyers into your home. All showings will be scheduled through our 3rd party application and will only be allowed with your approval. The current market conditions will determine how long the home will sit on the market.
